The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether under different names, different mobile numbers, or different email addresses – is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Providing false information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 92pkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. You must notify 92pkr support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
92pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct contrary to the integrity of the platform.
All financial transactions on the 92pkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 92pkr does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via methods not listed in the current cashier at the time of the transaction.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed clearly within the 92pkr cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change at 92pkr's discretion and may vary by payment method, account verification status, and player tier.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 92pkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. 92pkr reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for any withdrawal request regardless of amount.
92pkr does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees levied by third-party payment providers (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) are outside 92pkr's control and may apply. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider independently.
From time to time, 92pkr may offer bonuses, free spins, reload credits, cashback, or other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to registered players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, force majeure events, or any third-party conduct.
92pkr does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92pkr expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 92pkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
92pkr collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the 92pkr platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data collected during registration, verification, and platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming enforcement. 92pkr does not sell personal data to third parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents 92pkr from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
